President Erdoğan met with leaders at the World Climate Action Summit.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended the World Climate Action Summit held as part of the 28th Conference of the Parties (COP28) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in Dubai.

When President Erdoğan arrived at Expo City Dubai, where the summit was held, he was warmly welcomed by the President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the United Nations (UN) Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres. After a family photo of the leaders, the opening program of the summit took place.

The summit brought together world leaders to produce common solutions in the fight against climate change, and President Erdoğan's participation highlighted Turkey's determination in this field and its commitment to global cooperation.
